Cycling Tours Operator Website Develpoment
Challenge
The business had outgrown its 10-year-old website. While the existing platform had built strong SEO authority, its visual direction, structure, and customer experience no longer matched the brand’s evolution or target market. The site was also running on an outdated, heavily patched codebase, limiting flexibility and making further development inefficient.
Solution
I delivered a full rebuild as a custom-coded WordPress theme, including hosting migration, UX/UI redesign, and a restructured content architecture. The project preserved SEO performance while introducing a cleaner technical foundation, removing outdated custom fields, and adding integrated booking, rental, e-commerce, and dynamic content functionality.
Result
The new platform is faster, more scalable, and much better aligned with the company’s audience. Services are now presented in a clearer and more engaging way, customer flows are more intuitive, and internal processes are more automated. This improved both the quality of enquiries and the efficiency of managing content, products, and services.
